Researched various technologies like ML, AI, RPA, OCR and IDP to find a solution to optimize a prospective client's (a restaurant master franchise holder) document processing system, involving over 20000 invoices, purchase orders, and receipts each month. Conducted additional detailed research on RPA and ElectroNeek - an RPA vendor - to explore the benefits and drawbacks of partnering with them. Summarized my analysis and findings in a report and provided a recommendation, which was approved by the prospective client and is currently being implemented by Ideal MCS.
Automated Testing Intern @ Wipro, Bangalore

Used Tricentis Tosca, an automated software testing tool, to check the capability of web applications made for clients by using end-to-end testing. Identified and reported functionality issues with applications and provided possible solutions back to the development team. Trained 6 new team members with the skill set required to create automated tests using Tricentis Tosca and supervised their work to ensure timely completion.
Mobile App Development Intern @ Wipro, Bangalore

Collaborated with 5 people to develop a mobile plan subscription application using React Native and mongoDB to store user login details and profile information. Built functionality to allows users to seamlessly register, login, choose a mobile plan, checkout and view mobile plan details. Led weekly discussions with the project coordinator to understand the client's requirements for planning and design the application.
